Documenting the impressive impact of our grants is the hallmark of our process. At Impact 100 PBC, monitoring the progress of grants awarded is a partnership between our chapter and the grantee. The purpose of extensive and detailed grant monitoring is to ensure that the project begins with a mutual understanding of the results to be achieved and then over the term of the grant, results are monitored and measured on behalf of our members who fund the projects. Most of the women who do our grant monitoring served on our Grant Review Committee and are already familiar with the projects and the intended results.
